Why is it that liberals don’t understand economics at all, but some minds are so clear.  Good article by Larry Kudlow, blogger and CNBC host of the Kudlow Report, presenting a clear argument about non-discretionary spending as one of the biggest problems we face.  All the money that the federal government wastes!

The Tea Party’s Idea, by focusing on non-entitlement spending, may be just what the doctor ordered in the debt ceiling debate.  Entitlement spending encompasses most of the budget, but even so, the non-entitlement piece wastes trillions (with a capital T), and that is trillions that could be eliminated!  Go Larry!

Larry Kudlow, with his usual wit, explains how this drivel over the budget is really a big scam.  In reality, spending never ever goes down, ever.  The Ryan budget also does not take spending down, it rises a lot slower than the administration budget.
